These terms of service govern the use of the online store for the purchase of our invitation cards. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.<\/p>

The website and associated services for the sale of invitation cards are operated by FRATELLI RAMACCIOTTI, SL<\/b> (hereinafter, \u201cRESPONSIBLE\u201d). 2. Description of the Products<\/b><\/p>

San Marco Santa Cruz offers three types of invitation cards for sale:<\/p>

\u2022Invitation Card for 2 people with Tasting Menu and Pairing<\/b>: Includes a tasting menu for two people with selected wine pairing.<\/p>

\u2022Invitation Card for 2 people with Tasting Menu (without Pairing)<\/b>: Includes a tasting menu for two people, without pairing.<\/p>

\u2022Invitation Card with Personalized Value<\/b>: The client can choose the amount of the card between \u20ac65 and \u20ac1,000, which can be exchanged for the catering services of San Marco Santa Cruz.<\/p>

3. Purchase Conditions<\/b><\/p>

The purchase of any invitation card implies acceptance of these conditions:<\/p>

\u2022Payment Method<\/b>: All transactions are processed through Stripe<\/b>, a secure and certified payment platform. When making a purchase, the user agrees to provide valid payment information and authorizes the corresponding charge for the amount on the selected card.<\/p>

\u2022Availability of Cards<\/b>: Cards are available for purchase, once purchased, they will be sent in digital format to the buyer's contact email. If you wish, you can give us the guests' email and we can send the digital cards to them directly. In case of any error or delay in the issuance of the card, please contact us at mesonmoro@sanmarco.es<\/b>.<\/p>

\u2022Duration and Use of Cards<\/b>: Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed at the San Marco Santa Cruz restaurant. Cards are transferable but non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Before coming to the restaurant, please make your reservation online or contact us at mesonmoro@sanmarco.es\u00a0<\/p>

4. Refund and Cancellation Policies<\/b><\/p>

Nor refunds are accepted<\/b>.\u00a0In case of problems, please contact our team via <\/span>mesonmoro@sanmarco.es<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

5. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/p>

All intellectual and industrial property rights related to the contents, designs, texts, images, logos and any other material present on this website belong to FRATELLI RAMACCIOTTI, SL<\/b> or to third parties who have authorized their use.<\/p>

Reproduction, distribution or modification of the contents of this website is prohibited without prior written authorization from FRATELLI RAMACCIOTTI, SL<\/b>.<\/p>

FRATELLI RAMACCIOTTI, SL<\/b> reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on this website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of such modifications.<\/p>
